The company has been trading in Australia for over 90 years serving some of Australia's largest retailers and maintaining a large market share since inception. Due to its recent acquisition, the company now has access to a broader range of products as well as lower manufacturing costs.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing support to the Account Manager as well as external customers/clients. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support and perform adhoc duties around the office. This role will allow an ambitious individual to hone their sales abilities as well as sales administration and climb the corporate ladder within 6-12 months.

The Candidate

To be successful for this role, you will have the following capabilities:

Computer skills and intermediate/advanced Excel skills
Time and priority management
Attention to detail
Previous experience with other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to create / amend sales orders and quotes, follow up on stock shortages, bulk orders and staging of deliveries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and can work unsupervised
Highly flexible and organized
