We have a number of incredible opportunities for both Search candidates for either SEO or SEM skilled roles, at a leading service provider organisation.

Responsible for developing and executing organic search strategies for our client. The selected SEO or SEM consultant will also be assigned with acting as liaison between our clients search team and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise either paid search, paid social and other online media accounts OR organic search and content management
  • Setup and complete daily run rates in a timely manner with actionable insights
  • Managing ongoing relationships with key clients
  • SEO or SEM strategic planning for clients to help improve a client’s online performance and visibility
  • Working closely with the other digital departments within the organisation
  • Working with other members of the search teams to constantly help improve product offering and services
  • Commercial search experience including hands-on expertise optimising and improving ROI for sites in a variety of verticals
  • Experience in link analysis, experience in scoping, developing and executing diversified link acquisition programmes
  • Experience with industry reporting and link building tools
  • Experience managing multiple SEO or SEM projects and working to deadlines
  • Understanding of search engine trends, algorithms and ranking factors
  • Intermediate level of understanding in related search components including PPC, email marketing, display, mobile and social media marketing
  • Understanding of cross channel integration

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Understanding of search techniques and best practice
  • Solid client liaison and interpersonal skills
  • Writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Workflow, time management and budgeting skill
  • Knowledge of common web programming languages
  • Knowledge of common CMS packages
  • Knowledge of common e-commerce platforms
  • Experience optimising e-commerce and / or conversion focused sites
  • Expertise in optimising for a variety of formats including but not limited to text, images, Flash video and local search
  • Marketing degree preferred but not essential
  • Google certifications preferred but not essential
  • Experience in using AB testing tools like optimizely or AB Tasty would be preferred but not essential
