The successful Customer Service Officer applicant will receive training in order to gain full knowledge and an understanding of reception/customer service, and the centre.

They also will ensure all patrons receive the highest level of service. The Customer Services Officer is the face of our organisation and is the vital link for our members achieving their goals. It is critical that the CSO display a commitment and passionate belief in the mission of the YMCA.

The CSO will work in conjuction with all other areas of the NPAC team such as Duty Managers, Lifeguards and Swim Teachers. Previous experience is highly preffered but not essential. In addition to this, the CSO will provide all customers with the highest possible level of service; the CSO will be inclusive and tolerant and will at all times recognise and respect an individual's gender, race, age, culture, ethnicity, class, religion or disability.

The redeveloped Centre boasts a heated outdoor pool, indoor pool and multipurpose rooms surrounded by lush lawns and trees. A range of sporting and recreation opportunities are available for the community to enjoy.

The Noble Park Aquatic Centre features a 50 metre heated outdoor pool with ramp access, water features and a boom to enable conversion into two 25 metre pools.

It also features Melbourne's biggest water slide, a heated indoor program/leisure pool, and a large water splash/play area with tipping buckets and fountains.

With our focus on outstanding customer service, we are looking for a friendly and bubbly person who is able to create and maintain a welcoming environment for our members and guests. You will work alongside a team of other Customer Service Officers and report to the Frontline Team Leader. You will work closely with the Duty Managers and ensure excellent communication to all areas of the centre to ensure a smooth running of the facilities.
