Our Canberra

Portfolio-Programme Management

group works with both Federal and Territory Government clients
on their most high profile initiatives, helping them achieve their business
strategies through employing tailored, efficient and effective Portfolio or
Programme Management.

As a


within the PPM team,

you will have a
range of responsibilities that will have meaningful impact on some of the most

influential organisations in our market:
Delivering projects and programmes across
operations, strategy and structure

Contributing to the design, construction and
management of portfolio, programme and complex project management office
structures and governance frameworks

Developing PPM capability within our client’s

Driving transformational change and reform

Maximise client potential through structured
portfolio and program management

About you:
As a Senior Associate you will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in programmes
or complex project environments where you have delivered outcomes across a
range of stages including problem diagnosis, option design, solution
development, implementation and benefits realisation

Awareness of, and experience with,
contemporary programme and project management methodologies, Diploma
Project Management or AIPM accredited CPPM, Prince 2 Foundation or above,
or MSP Foundation or above

Specialisation in schedule management,
benefits realisation or risk management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to
solve complex problems, assess the effectiveness of business processes and
identify collective value and dependency across projects

The ability to contribute to a dynamic team
environment and in time

Ability to integrate to a client’s business
environment and culture whilst demonstrating the PwC values

Sophisticated client relationship skills with
the ability to engage confidently about issues and factors relating to
specific challenges and opportunities

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, Word &
Powerpoint skills

Ability to obtain a minimum of Baseline
Security Clearance is required for this role

Exposure to the following areas will be an

Degree qualifications in a relevant field such
as Arts, Engineering or Architecture

Driving positive change to organisational
performance through better practice portfolio and programme management or
complex projects
