The Risk Management - Enterprise Risk team assists with the effective facilitation of internal risk management across the Enterprise practice. This position of Senior Consultant will play a significant role in continuing to increase the profile, awareness and understanding of risk management nationally across the Enterprise practice.
Your new role: Will have you responding to risk management queries and providing advice to the Enterprise practice to ensure services are delivered to clients within KPMG's risk appetite. You will also:
Participate in review programs – assisting in the coordination and execution of quality and compliance review programs to ensure client engagements comply with KPMG's risk management policies and procedures
Consulting with the Enterprise practice regarding risk management issues and policies to identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or policiesDeveloping, tailoring and maintaining engagement guidance, policies, tools and templates (e.g. engagement letters, disclaimers)
Developing and coordinating training – assisting with the effective delivery of risk management training, including training material development
Project management – assisting to deliver small projects, including effective project planning, administration and timely status reporting
You bring to the role: If you are commercially mature, articulate, resilient and capable of challenging senior executives and Partners in a credible way, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. You will have:
A bachelor degree in commerce or law
Demonstrated attention to detail, excellent problem solving ability, exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks appropriately through effective time management
Proven experience in a similar role
