We are currently seeking a Senior Design Manager to join the Queensland and PNG Business Unit. You will be responsible for

  • Selecting and working with external design companies
  • Planning and executing delivery of design with integrated D & C teams, manage the client interface along with the clients expectations
  • Collaborating with the construction team to provide the best possible solutions to ensure CPB not only secures the work but remains the leader in building complex and challenging projects
  • Managing a team of designers to ensure deadlines are met with tenders and solutions are developed and approved in a timely manner on projects
  • Delivering compliant design concepts that are both innovative and practical for large civil and construction projects
You will possess a track record that is second to none in the market with a proven history that demonstrates you are a major influencer across a variety of design disciplines. Experience in successfully designing major and complex infrastructure projects is essential.
