    Job Description The Senior Digital Producer will be responsible for supporting the Digital Strategy team and the whole of organization to deliver key digital projects that will maximise customer experience, lead generation and conversion. Working with internal stakeholders, this role will ensure that all customer facing digital and web platforms remain relevant, engaging and up to date for our external audiences.

    Your role will involve working with internal business stakeholders to define the scope of work and requirements for projects. The incumbent will have a best practice understanding across, Web development, Digital Campaigns, eCommerce and Email Marketing. They will also have a deep knowledge and passion for user experience design, design thinking and performance analytics.

    In addition, this role will build and manage a team of Digital Producers who will be responsible for managing digital requests from across the university and ensure that they are successfully delivered on time, budget and to the client's satisfaction. The Senior Digital Producer will also be responsible for the implementation and management of an engagement process and the digital strategy team's service deliver quality.

    Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, this role will provide advice and guidance on digital and web projects to ensure they are user-friendly and adhere to the Brand and Style Guidelines.

    The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have:
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Ability to juggle multiple digital projects
    • Hands ability on with Sitecore / Squiz Matrix CMS systems

    In more detail:

    Extensive project management or producer experience in a digital environment.

    Well-developed stakeholder management skills to effectively manage projects and stakeholder expectations.

    Experience with Service Level Agreements and delivery frameworks.

    Ability to gather estimates and provide quotes to clients

    Demonstrated extensive experience administering content management systems (CMS), publishing content using rich text, HTML/HTML5 and CSS.

    Good technical understanding including the ability to understand site usability, architecture and functionality.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Understanding of accessibility and WCAG 2.0.

    Proven experience in delivering projects on time and on budget for web and mobile applications.

    Demonstrated ability to work both independently without regular face-to-face supervision and closely with a team.

    Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity and ethical practice principles and demonstrate knowledge of equal employment opportunity and workplace health and safety
