The Role
Your new role will provide a great opportunity to develop your HR coordination skills within a small, friendly organisation. Sitting within a small HR team of two and supporting an employee group of 350, this role will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support to the HR Manager. Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment activities including posting ads, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews and preparing documentation,
Coordinating the new starter process by setting up paperwork, liaising with Finance and coordinating training,
WHS duties and reporting,
General Administrative tasks including generating letters and documents as well as reporting tasks,
Coordinating staff training session,
General ad hoc support as required. Your Experience
You will be an experienced HR Coordinator who has previously worked in a fast-paced financial or professional environment, juggling multiple priorities. A hands-on 'can do' attitude is essential to this role as you will be working within a small team. The ideal candidate has had experience advising the business on policies and procedures, and aspects of Fair Work. Other requirements include:

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels,
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field,
Previous experience assisting the recruitment process, screening candidates and conducting interviews,
Proficient MS Office skills and knowledge of MS Visio would be beneficial,
