An opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Learning & Development Team at the Office of he Director of Public Prosecutions.
We are looking for a well organised L&D professional with strong practical experience developing, organising, delivering and evaluating successful L&D programs. This role supports all employees at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions with professional, legal, IT and leadership development ensuring you have a busy but varied workload.
Making full use of your project management experience you will ensure that training is delivered efficiently and effectively. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships, including influencing and negotiating with professional subject matter experts and training providers to ensure that learning activities support the needs of the office.
This role works alongside two senior L&D Consultants and a Professional Development lawyer who provides legal expertise to the Learning & Development Team.

The Learning & Development Team use a variety of systems to create, deliver and track learning activity. Please provide an example of a system that you have had to master as a trainer such as an LMS, Web Conferencing, e-Learning authoring software etc. How did you develop your capabilities, what was the context of the system’s use and what was the impact on your organisation?
Interviews will be held in our Sydney head office. The interview process will include capability based assessments which may require attendance on more than one day if applicants are shortlisted after each stage.
