This position is an outstanding opportunity to take your legal secretarial career to new heights. Supporting a Partner and multiple senior authors within the Construction practice group, you will have the opportunity to utilise your legal secretarial experience within a prestigious global firm.

Duties and responsibilities will be varied, but will include:

  • Dictaphone typing
  • Preparing briefs and court documents
  • Billing
  • Typing letters and correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Booking appointments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Ad hoc secretarial duties

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
  • Five years’ legal secretarial experience, ideally within Construction
  • Attention to detail
  • A diligent approach to work
  • Confident and professional communication
  • Advanced ability with styling and formatting documents and doing mark-ups
  • Advanced electronic dictation skills
  • Fast typing speed
  • Ability to take a proactive approach and work autonomously
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to operate within a large team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Experience in managing a large workload and prioritising accordingly
  • Experience managing multiple authors
