As a result, an unmissable opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Receptionist/Communities Manager to create an unforgettable first impression whilst also thinking of innovative ways to initiate networking opportunities and bring the clients closer together and engaged.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Acting as the face of the organisation and it's clients, meeting and greeting guests and visitors into the building
Daily operations of the centre
Hosting Business events & the business network
Management of meeting room bookings and invoicing
Catering and video conferencing arrangements
Implement policies and procedures
Ad hoc administration You will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in a hospitality or events based role
Passion for offering a 5* service
Experience within the Media or a Creative industry is a plus
Ability to work in busy and fast paced environments
Ability to multi-task with exceptional communication skills What's in it for you?
