An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Analyst join our team to be responsible for providing the highest levels of IT support and customer service to our network of medical practitioners across Australia. As the first point of contact you will required to leave the customer with a positive support experience.
Your role will include:
- Applying the highest levels of technical support and customer service through professional communication and working to a point of resolution.
- Ensure all unresolved support requests are escalated in a timely fashion.
- Actively take note of any issue patterns, repetitive customer requests and/or fault enquiries and report these to your Manager.
Suitable candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years experience on a help desk supporting applications. You will possess a strong understanding and proven use of customer service principles with an excellent communication and phone manner, with well developed listening ability, analytical & problem solving capabilities and a high degree of computer literacy. You will have a passion for Customer Service and have previous IT Help Desk Support experience.
