The Role
We are currently seeking a permanent Speech Pathologist to join a Non-Government organisation based in Queensland. The organisation has well-established offices across QLD. You will be required to work as part of a very supportive larger Inter-Disciplinary team.

Your duties will include:
Occasional outreach visits, including schools
Work predominantly with disabled and disadvantaged children
Dealing mostly with developmental speech issues, Apraxia and dysarthria, meal time swallowing
Good understanding of Augmentative and alternative communication
Liaising with family and MD team to enhance patient care and recovery
Conducting joint therapy sessions with other Allied Health disciplines The Organisation

The Criteria

As the successful applicant you will have the following:
Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
SPA registration
Ability to deal with complex clinical cases
Paediatric experience essential
Confident to work as a sole practitioner
2 years experience highly desired The Package
