Talent Development Coordinator - APAC

We are looking for a professional Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of Talent Development training/program events and special projects. You will manage and coordinate large or small-scale training programs.


  • Manage training/program logistics for open enrollment & intact team/restricted sessions across APAC
  • Manage meeting invitations, pre-work, training registration, post-surveys, and training materials
  • Greet facilitators on training/program days, and serve as the main point of contact to ensure training/programs run smoothly
  • Book rooms for all training/programs and work with facilities to ensure room is set up properly
  • Understand Salesforce core systems: org62, LMS, Chatter, Concierge/Peopleforce
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms for employee training
  • Collect and prepare materials for upcoming training
  • Perform material checks for upcoming training in the storage room or order from the training vendors
  • Manage Talentdev queue
  • Answer questions in Chatter/Concierge
  • Market training/programs on chatter
  • Assist with Talent Development monthly metrics, reports & chargebacks
  • Provide support with any tasks that need extra assistance
  • Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training/program events in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years related experience in training/program event planning
  • Detail oriented
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools such as Webex, Go To Meeting & Get Feedback survey tool
  • Proficient in GMAIL & GCAL
  • Proficient in MS Office such as, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (specifically VLOOKUP)
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments/tasks, and a wide variety of administrative duties
  • Proven ability to complete full training coordination cycle (plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
