In Tasmania, our Workers Compensation claims team delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert consultation to all stakeholders. Located in Launceston, we have a Full-Time Temporary contract opportunity for a Team Leader to lead a team of experienced Case Managers and Claims Service Officers.
In this role you will lead, coach and develop a team of up to 10 consultants with the aim of achieving compliance, financial and divisional objectives.
Your knowledge of portfolio handling, effective leadership and customer service skills is key to success, coupled with your interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. In return you will join a strong inclusive team culture and be part of a leading global business.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Workers Compensation experience (Desirable)
- Exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and a proven ability to work in a complex, high volume processing environment
