My Client is the market leading provider of telecare and telehealth solutions.
The role
To support the technical services team in the implementation and quality deployment of telehealth and telecare products and services; development and innovation and ongoing customer support; provide general IT support requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of day to day services in relation to telehealth products and services.
Provide telehealth configuration and environment support in an effective and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service.
Provide telehealth equipment as required, including the mymedic and myclinic devices, peripherals and services.
Ensure all telehealth systems and services are provided in line with Tunstall's quality processes.
Respond to customer services enquiries relevant to the role; maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Assist with product realisation and acceptance testing of new and existing products and services. IT Services

  • Provide IT desktop support services
  • Provide routine maintenance of IT computer systems as required, including desktop upgrades, driver upgrades, application installation and support.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Proven ability with telehealth equipment, including server platform, peripherals and video conferencing solutions and services.
  • Proven ability to support clients for all Telecare solutions, including sensors and PNC.
  • Demonstrated experience and effectiveness in working within a team in the delivery of quality service to all clients.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and techniques associated with Information Technology and Telecommunications first and second level support required.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire further knowledge of Information Technology systems, Telecommunications.
  • Proven organization abilities, including the establishment and communication of priorities and objectives in meeting deadlines and ITIL Services, including Incident and Change Management services.
