Based in Silverwater, the company are a kitchen and bathroom-ware importer and wholesaler with a nationwide distribution network boasting some of the largest brands in the industry. The company has been in Australia for over 12 years and is looking to increase their business size in the next couple of years.
The role will involve marketing and selling the company's product into the direct market (builders, contractors, developers & architects etc). As Territory Manager, you will be assigned the current account portfolio of the company and expected to maintain regular sales from clients of the business. This role will mainly involve developing new business from existing relationships as well as forging your own sales pipeline.
The company places a lot of value in investing in its staff both through product and sales training as well as providing a comfortable salary package including a company car. The company seeks to reward outstanding achievement with a lucrative commission structure paired with achievable (yet challenging) sales targets.

You will have:
A tertiary qualification in sales and/or an equivalent combination of skills and experience;
Extensive relevant experience, minimum 2-3 year sales role within the same industry or 5 year sales experience in similar industry;
Excellent interpersonal skills with self-motivation and resilience;
Proven track record of success in selling into the direct building industry;
Preferably contacts within the industry you would be able to leverage off of to develop pipeline. If you meet the desired criteria and feel this is the role for you.
