In this dynamic and challenging role you will be responsible for planning and delivering Handset and Applications Training programmes for the company’s customers coupled with scheduling and delivering in-house training programmes. Some of the technologies include :
  • Microsoft Lync
  • Video Conferencing Applications
  • Mitel Telephony inc soft phone
  • Aastra Telephony
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
  • Previous Training experience (IT&T industry an advantage but not essential )
  • A passion for and experience in Education, training or learning & development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Be highly self motivated and results focussed
  • An excellent team player
  • Have the ability to travel locally and Interstate to deliver onsite training
  • Be Cert 4 qualified
